The Pink Shirt Leadership Team is a seven-month girls leadership program designed to inspire confidence, growth, and purpose. Through meaningful mentorship, engaging workshops and seminars, enriching trips, and hands-on community service, participants gain valuable skills and real-world experience. The program provides supportive resources and unique opportunities that empower girls to develop as leaders, build strong connections, and make a positive impact in their communities.
This program is only open to 7 girls ages 14-17, per year. Application term March - April. (Next opening March 1, 2026)
